Toby Monteath

Toby commenced her career in office administration some 27 years ago. During this time she has worked with an interesting and diverse group of companies and people. Toby's experience includes being the Executive Assistant to the Office Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen for 7 years. She grew this role to Administration Manager of the Corporate Taxation Division.

Toby joined Ernst & Young in 2002 as Administration Manager of the Corporate Taxation Division following their merger with Andersen. She joined Cooper Partners on its formation in July 2005.

Toby brings with her exceptional organisation, time management and administrative skills, not the least of which is a focus on delivering high quality services to our clients.

Toby also provides services to start up companies in areas of human resources, including establishing and documenting their office policies and manuals, organising office procedures, providing assistance in establishing payroll procedures and will assist in screening and interviewing administrative staff if required.
